Beer is a careful mix of one or more of the following components: hops, water, barley, rye, malt, or any number of other spices, seasonings, and fruits that a brewer chooses to throw in the mix. It’s then fermented, generally using sugar, and that’s where it gets its alcoholic content.

So St. Patrick’s Day has been coming up for a while now, and I was going to try and get a kilt in time for the holiday, but it looks like that fell through. Oh, I’m still getting the kilt, it just won’t be here in time for St. Patrick’s day.
